Very poor delivery and then suppressed feedback. Ask by office for feedback. When completed they declined to publish. Would not use again!

Waited two weeks for an order without hearing anything. Chased the order up and it had been cancelled for a security issue (only thing i can think is i had delivered to my work address) No notification or anything.
# the details did match only difference to previous orders was the delivery address.
Not all bad
The bad reviews nearly prevented me from ordering. However trainers arrived a couple of days after order without issues.

Truly dreadful online experience
Truly dreadful online experience. A recent order was fulfilled by Yodel and whilst they are claiming the order was correctly delivered the photo supplied as evidence shows an address that isn't mine, which cannot be identified from the image and a parcel being delivered to a man who isn't me. Countless attempts to resolve this with both Yodel and Office, no evidence that parcel was delivered to my address and the response is that I should pursue this via my credit card company. Really disappointing, would not recommend. I understand things go wrong sometimes but customers should expect far far better than this when they do.

Charged for shoes they dont have waiting for refund
Sold me a pair of shoes they did not have in stock, waited for days then got an email to say they were not sending them due to low stock and now I am still waiting for my refund, really poor service.Left me stuck for work as i have no shoes and no time to buy more ref Order W63553586
Poor returns policy
Bought a pair of trainers that I wasn't sure would suit me and was happy with the returns policy that clearly states the buyer picks up the cost of return - £2.50 when using their CollectPlus label, automatically deducted from the refund amount. What *isn't* stated however is that they will also deduct the outgoing delivery costs too (£3.99) so it cost me rather more than I was expecting.
Of course, one might argue that it is entirely reasonable for them to do this given the costs incurred - and I would agree were it not for the fact that this isn't mentioned anywhere in their otherwise clear and detailed returns policy. Had it done so I probably wouldn't have taken the gamble with the order in the first place. Leaving aside those that provide free returns, even those that require the buyer to pay the return postage don't usually also make you cover the outgoing costs too. In fact, I'm not sure I've seen *anyone* else do this?
I contacted Customer Services who confirmed their policy as described above but, disappointingly, expressed no interest in ensuring that their published policy reflected this hence my decision to review them here to let others know. I now see from previous reviews that I am not the first to have been caught out by this but unfortunately I hadn't checked out the reviews beforehand.
Edit: Thank you for the reply Office but I do now know your approach having gone through the process and described it above. Why can't you update your published returns policy to make it clear what deductions you will make? If I had known beforehand I could've made an informed decision whether to order or not.

100% digital, don’t make me laugh!!
Ordered two pairs of shoes on Sunday. Website states 3-5 working days for delivery, hadn’t heard anything by Tuesday so used the online chat, as one of their advisers told me, they are 100% digital. Either way come Wednesday they still couldn’t tell me if the shoe that I ordered on Sunday was in stock or not. I told them to cancel my order and I’ve ordered elsewhere. Not sure what has happened to Office but I can only confirm what other people are saying on trustpilot about their experiences with Office. Avoid at all costs, they are basically false advertising saying that they have certain products for sale when they don’t.

Ordered shoes as a present over a week ago. Expected next day delivery!! Still not received. I asked for a refund yesterday and they said no as item already dispatched!! Does t appear to matter that I haven’t received anything!!! Would recommend snd wouldn’t order again.. awful

Please offer foot measuring service
I came in with my daughter and we chose a pair of Nike trainers for her at the price of £110. As she is a teen her feet are still growing and as the shop assistant came over to us with a broad smile I asked to have her feet measured first so that we can purchase the correct size. The smile disappeared from her face instantly and I was told they don't offer that service and she turned her back on us. Well done Office, you lost yourself a sale. We spent our money at a store that understands that teens have growing feet and offer that service.

Beware their courier/non-delivery!
So far, not so good. I ordered some shoes, which I was really excited about receiving, but the delivery service they use (Yodel) failed to deliver them as I guess they couldn’t be bothered - as I was in. The OFFICE policy is not to leave parcels in a safe place. As I have an extremely safe place behind high gates, I find this baffling. I will no doubt not receive my shoes now - the reason for the 1 star review is the total lack of any customer service. The live chat option is your only option; that takes ages for them (or the “bot”) to reply and when they do, there isn’t any resolution.
I hope I paid with them via PayPal as don't really want to wait around for the inevitable slow refund for the non delivery.
I would like to warn others about the inability of their courier to leave in a safe place as I think it would put a lot of people off ordering with OFFICE as a result (it appears that it is OFFICE’s policy not to leave in a safe place - but this is also hampered by their choice of couriers, who are perhaps time-pressured so therefore can’t be bothered to ring the bell). I am retired but even I can’t be in all the time!
The Company have replied to this review, stating a parcel from them can be left with a neighbour; however, when I tried this option on Yodel’s app, it clearly stated that that option was not offered by OFFICE along with the inability to leave in a safe place.
I waited for the parcel today and stayed by my gates upcycling some furniture, and eventually heard the van outside which meant I could get my delivery. I am retired and can do this; I am not sure how anyone else who does not wfh or have time to stay at home, can make an online purchase with delivery if it can’t be left with a neighbour or in a safe place. I also tested positive later on today for COVID, which, as I had to physically speak to the driver to get the parcel, will have put him at risk. Really, OFFICE need to have a re-think about safe and effective deliveries of their products.
I will finally add that the shoes are very nice - (for info - they run smaller than the branded Birkenstocks product) - so at least I am more than happy with the shoes.

Appalling. Not received item, not received refund. Online chat and customer service unhelpful. Carrier hasn’t received item from Office. Paid for next day delivery. First and last time I will order.

Refuse to allow honest reviews of products - bad practice indeed
They deleted my review on there shoes as I left a bad review !
So I paid £36 for sliders from them a well known brand - the soles were so thin they kept bending and I fell over 5 times so put them in the bin after 3 weeks.
I left a review of the sliders and they said they won't post it because it doesn't meet their requirements ... what a joke !
So they don't want honest reviews then ? I know never to shop thier again !

Love these wedges. Great fit and super comfortable. They took slightly longer to arrive than I would have hoped but I didn’t pay for a quick delivery and it didn’t take too long.

Please NEVER order from Office
Please NEVER order from Office! This company is a shambles, it seems like one of those insta companies that has low stock but always takes orders- shocked it actually has stand alone stores and has been around for a long time.
I placed an order and they canceled the order ( never told me ) I had to follow up for two days. I replaced the order and this one didn’t get canceled but I’ve been told it’s in the last stages before dispatch for two days now and if I don’t get a dispatch email by this evening then to let them know... I am so frustrated by this experience I will be telling everyone I know to never shop with Office again.
Surely it will be out of business by 2024 with such terrible customer service.
